We offer USPS calculated shipping  to U.S. buyers (Exception Wholesale buyers)

Free Shipping for Domestic orders of $75.00 or more

Order processing times:

3-10 business day depending on your order. During sales order processing 7-14 business days.

Domestic shipping times:

1-4 business days in addition to the time frame noted above. We make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)

International Shipping Times:

1-4 weeks average depending on the location and custom clearance. International shipping is offered and calculated by USPS according to destination. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your package and destination. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that THE CUSTOMER will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.

Wholesale Order Processing Times:

Wholesale order are processed between 7-14 days. Shipping times may vary depending on quantity ordered and location. Shipping cost varies and is based on weight and destination of your package.

4 Bella Naturale' will ship to any physical address in the United States. 4 Bella Naturale'  ships  within the US and International  at this time.

 4 Bella Naturale is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN SHIPPING ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR FACILITY.

4 Bella Naturale' is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages after delivery. Once an order is delivery to USPS, 4 Bella Naturale is NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders lost within the USPS system. It is the customers responsibility to pursue any claims with the carrier.

Every order shipped from 4 Bella Naturale' is insured up to $50, however you can contact us to request additional insurance if your purchase price is above $50. 

4 Bella Naturale' preferred carrier is USPS Priority Mail for US and International  buyers and  all shipping will be completed through them unless otherwise specified. 4 Bella Naturale' shipping prices may vary with those of their carrier. 4 Bella Naturale' guarantees that the shipping cost will be accurately displayed for each purchase at the time of purchase from www.4bellanaturalehaircare.com

All processing and shipment times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of USPS our preferred carrier. 4 Bella Naturale' honors all holidays honored by our preferred carrier and follows a M-F work week. Orders placed after Friday @ 5pm, Saturday, and Sunday will ship on Monday. 


When ordering  it is not 4 Bella Naturale’s responsibility to update your shipping address.  Please check that your shipping address is correct or the customer will have to reorder and pay for shipping and or package a second time if sent to the wrong address.


 

Return, Damaged, & Exchange Policy

All SALES ARE FINAL: 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, or exchanges . All of our products are freshly handmade and  therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We ask that you please select your products carefully. Orders are entered into our system the day after you order, and processing begins. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.

We do not guarantee results as hair responds differently to products.  Keep in mind our products are meant to be moisturizing therefore use in moderation, less is more.

DAMAGED:
We do understand that going through the USPS system can be a little rough on packages.   If your item is received damaged, we're here to help.  Please contact us immediately via email within 5 business days of receiving your order. Due to the nature of our handmade products, after 5 days no refunds, or replacements for damaged products will be honored. 

RETUNRED PACKAGES:

If your package is returned back to our facility due to an incorrect address entered during our order processing, then we will pay to reship your order or refund the purchase including the shipping cost.

If your package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address entered by the customer during purchase and at not fault of 4 Bella Naturale, then the BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE  TO PAY THE COSTS TO RESHIP OR THE SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND GIVEN.
